As part of the agreement, Games Global will now work with Microgaming's entire network of casino operators, which has over 900 of them as customers. They've also purchased Microgaming's entire game library, which will now be exclusively available to them.
Microgaming intends to continue providing access to services and infrastructure to businesses such as Games Global after the sale.
They'll also retain the betting software, which will be licensed by Betway. Additionally, they will continue working and focusing on the platform's technologies.
Andrew Clucas, the CEO of Microgaming, spoke about the significant milestone that both firms had reached, which was the result of months of serious consultation, hard work, and devotion.
In his opinion, the CEO noted that he was confident that Games Global will discover a lot of new opportunities in the lucrative online gambling industry.

He also commended Microgaming's contribution to the industry, as well as their historical legacy, and wished them success in their next phase.
